This spec continues the affliction spec all the way towards 70. At this point you'll be getting enough stat gear that it will be very helpful to take demonic embrace for the +stamina bonus. You pick up shadowburn to help burst dps as well.
At this point I usually stick solely with my imp as my pet. I gain the bloodpact bonus for even more hp and I use him as a mana battery when I need topping up. Very efficient, you will consistantly be able to take on 3-4 even level monsters until 70.
