This is the last level range before you really get a choice in leveling spec without giving up the efficiency available. Once you get unstable affliction you should be doing enough dps from your dots alone to almost kill a monster. At this point in time you can probably take on 3 - 4 even level monsters with little trouble. Use Howl of Terror to your advantage as it is instant cast.
If you are on a PVP Realm you might want to take amplify curse and curse of exhaustion instead of 2 extra points in suppression. I guarantee you will love it.
