During this leveling stage you'll be getting yourself maxed out fel concentration which will basically make you a grinding machine.
During these levels I usually switch to a succubus for pure dps. I can tank the monsters by draining their life and sticking a siphon life on them. I usually end the fights with near full hp and mana. You'll also be getting a lot of nightfall procs as your drain life and corruption tick.
You also get dark pact which you can use during and after the fight to keep your mana topped off.
