This is my favorite build when I'm looking to farm. At level 70 you should not need to rely on the drain soul mana boost anymore. Instead the points were put into improved curse of agony to enhance dps. This build focuses on dotting the opponent up -> draining their hp/wand while they try and kill you. Afterwards you dark pact and mana tap and repeat.
Once you get the hang of this build you can easily take on 3 - 4 even level monsters at the same time by using howl of terror in the mix.
Note: If you are on a PVP Realm you might want to switch out a point in improved curse of agony and stick it in curse of exhaustion instead.
